As CEO and Founder of ASENTA, Esther White Kuiters (EK) brings a rare blend of global experience, strategic insight, and human-centred leadership to the complex world of project delivery.
With executive roles across six continents and more than twenty countries, Esther’s career spans C-suite leadership as CEO and SVP, alongside consulting with Booz Allen & Hamilton.
She has led teams and shaped outcomes across London, Houston, Nashville, Montreal, Doha, Perth, Brisbane, Sydney, Hong Kong, and Macau—blending corporate vision with entrepreneurial execution. Her international work on major infrastructure projects has shaped a distinctive approach to talent and leadership: one that balances strategic demands with the real-world complexities of human performance, innovation, and scale.
An ex-Booz Allen & Hamilton consultant, Esther White Kuiters brings deep expertise helping leaders achieve agile, high-impact outcomes on major, nation-building projects.
As a former CEO and executive leader, Esther has led large-scale initiatives exceeding AUD $6 billion in contract value, partnering with organisations and startups across Australia and internationally.
She holds a degree in Behavioural Science – Psychology and Occupational Safety from Griffith University, alongside postgraduate certificates in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, and Project Management from Cornell University and UNSW. Esther also holds an Executive Coaching Certification and a postgraduate certificate in Psychological Approaches to Leadership Coaching from Cambridge University. Esther has also been awarded her Masters of Service Innovation (AI and Data Intelligence) at the University of Queensland. She is also the co-author of two titles on safety monitoring and data systems in underground mining operations.
