Esther White Kuiters
I'm a behavioural scientist and project and start-up venture leader. I guide founders, leaders and project boards to build, scale and deliver. Without losing the plot.
About my career
I've lived and worked across six countries. I now call Brisbane home. I've built start-ups, delivered four mega-projects, navigated exits and acquisitions, and led high-performing teams across twenty-six countries living in London, Houston, Nashville, Montreal, Doha, Perth, Hong Kong and Macau.
Former CIMIC (Leighton Contractors), Downer and SNC-Lavalin on the Gorgon project. CEO and SVP roles across tech and energy services. Consulting at Booz Allen Hamilton (London). S&P (London and New York). So, when I sit across from a founder or a project director, I've usually sat in the seat they're describing.
I'm an ex-Booz Allen & Hamilton consultant with deep expertise helping leaders achieve agile, high-impact outcomes on major, nation-building projects.
As a former CEO and executive leader, I've partnered on large-scale initiatives exceeding AUD $6 billion in contract value, working with organisations and start-ups across Australia and internationally.
I hold a degree in Behavioural Science (Psychology and Occupational Safety) from Griffith University, postgraduate certificates in Industrial Relations, Human Resources and Project Management from Cornell University and UNSW, an Executive Coaching Certification, a postgraduate certificate in Psychological Approaches to Leadership Coaching from Cambridge University, and a Master's in Service Innovation (AI and Data Intelligence) from the University of Queensland.
I'm also co-author of two titles on safety monitoring and data systems in underground mining operations.
