Our Founder
Esther (EK) Kuiters is an ever-hopeful visionary and wildly passionate about unlocking talent, diversity and the enormous potential of our organisations to lead and build a better world. EK teaches leaders and organisations how to connect with and motivate their people, with the goal of creating environments where everyone goes home feeling valued, engaged and inspired by their work.
Esther’s career in energy, clean-tech and renewables has been the cornerstone of her talent advisory work with organisations. For over two decades, she has inspired and led teams on major projects across six countries—Australia, the UK, the USA, Canada, China and Qatar. Her focus has been on driving organisational transformation, leading change and fostering innovation, all while ensuring exceptional service design, culture and customer experience. Esther's global expertise spans leadership development, stakeholder engagement and managing support project deliver functions in over 20 countries.
Career Adventures
An ex-Booz Allen & Hamilton consultant, she brings invaluable experience to help leaders achieve agile and productive outcomes on high-profile and nation building projects. As a recent CEO of a consulting services firm and in previous leadership roles, she has driven success on large-scale projects with contract values exceeding AUD $6 billion, including work with Marinus Link, SNC Lavalin, CIMIC, Downer Group and Standard and Poors in Australia and globally.

Life Long Commitment to Purpose
Esther has co-authored two safety systems and underground mining titles and holds a degree in Behavioural Science – Psychology and Occupational Safety from Griffith University. She has earned postgraduate certificates in Industrial Relations, Human Resources and Project Management from Cornell University and UNSW, along with an Executive Coaching Certification and a postgraduate certificate in Psychological Approaches to Leadership Coaching from Cambridge University.
Currently finalising her Masters of Service Innovation at the University of Queensland, Esther resides in Brisbane, where she leads as the Founder and CEO of ASENTA. Through her work at ASENTA, she inspires leaders of large-scale projects, offering coaching, consulting, speaking engagements and strategic organisational development advice.
